One brief for official consignments and relocations
An official consignment and a relocating staff member’s household goods need different packing and document plans. Identify the sending mission or organisation, the receiving contact and the proposed route so the correct scope can be discussed from the outset.
Confirm privileged paperwork before dispatch
Provide the diplomatic note or other supporting records available for the movement. Clearance privileges and duty treatment are subject to the consignment’s eligibility and applicable approvals; they should be confirmed rather than assumed from the shipment category.
Control the final handover
Name the people authorised to arrange collection and receive the goods, and tell us about access or escort requirements. Sensitive instructions belong in the authenticated account or a direct conversation with operations, not in a public tracking enquiry.

Questions before you ship
Does every diplomatic shipment qualify for duty-free treatment?
No automatic eligibility is claimed. The consignment, recipient and supporting records must be reviewed, and the applicable approvals confirmed before dispatch.
Who can view the route?
Public tracking uses a limited diplomatic view without route or location details. Your authorised account members can view the fuller shipment information available after signing in.
Can you plan a staff household relocation?
Send an inventory, the collection and delivery addresses, the proposed dates and any packing requirements. Operations reviews the transport and document plan before confirming a quote.
