Can I request a vehicle with loading equipment?
Include the lifting or unloading requirement in your enquiry. The team confirms suitable equipment and any site responsibilities before the movement is agreed.
Do you show live GPS positions?
Online tracking shows shipment milestones entered by operations. It is not a promise of continuous vehicle GPS; account users can see the detailed locations and notes available for their shipment.
What if nobody can receive the goods?
Provide a receiving contact and site hours before dispatch. If arrangements change, contact operations so a new handover can be discussed; extra handling or a repeat delivery may affect the agreed scope.
