Fleet & equipment

Every load starts with the right transport plan.

Explore air cargo and road transport options. Tell us about the consignment; the specific aircraft, operator, vehicle and availability are confirmed for your movement.

Choose the movement, then confirm the equipment

Weight alone does not define the transport requirement. Packed dimensions, lifting points, access at collection and delivery, and the timing all matter. These options are starting points for an enquiry, with suitability checked against the actual cargo.

Air freight & consolidation

Discuss scheduled air-cargo space for packed consignments, with the airport and onward delivery legs planned together.

  • Packed piece dimensions and weight
  • Cargo-ready date and delivery priority
  • Collection, clearance and final delivery scope

  • Piece drawings and loading requirements
  • Aircraft and operator suitability review

Road haulage & final delivery

Plan the road leg around the size of the load, the site access and the handover arrangements at each end.

  • Vehicle and load suitability
  • Loading-bay and unloading arrangements
  • Receiving contact and delivery window

What makes an equipment plan useful?

An appropriate vehicle or aircraft must fit the load and work at both handover points. Include drawings or photographs for unusual pieces, and flag any loading equipment, access or handling conditions before the quote is agreed.

  • Piece-by-piece dimensions, gross weight and whether the load can be stacked
  • Route, cargo-ready time and required receiving window
  • Collection and delivery access, lifting and unloading arrangements
  • Special contents, sensitive goods and available transport documentation

Have the cargo details ready?

Send the brief and ask the team to confirm the transport, handling and final delivery scope for your shipment.
