Full container or shared space
Full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) suit different shipment sizes. Share the packed volume, weight and cargo type so the team can assess the space required. Container type, availability and any special loading arrangements are confirmed for the booking.
Connect the port with the final destination
A port-to-port rate and a door-to-door movement have different scopes. Tell us who is arranging origin collection, packing, customs clearance and inland haulage. Your quote should make those handovers clear before the cargo is dispatched.
Allow time for documentation and release
Sailing schedules, document readiness and release arrangements influence when goods can leave the port. We review the shipment information and flag missing items for follow-up. Any storage, inspection or other additional charges should be clarified for the specific movement.

Questions before you ship
Do I need a full container?
Not always. LCL can be considered for smaller consignments, while FCL may suit a larger or separately packed load. The decision depends on size, handling requirements and the available routing.
Does a shipping quote include customs duty?
Check the written scope. Freight charges, duties, taxes and possible port or inspection charges are different items; the team confirms which are included or require a separate allowance.
Can you quote before the cargo is packed?
You can request an initial assessment using estimated dimensions and weight. Tell us they are estimates, because the final packed measurements can change the space and price required.
